POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a meticulous and collaborative HRIS Analyst to join our People & Community team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working through tasks from start to finish, values accuracy, and is energized by improving systems and processes. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our Talent Management systems—primarily ADP Workforce Now—and will play a key role in enhancing data integrity, reporting, and system efficiency, including the use of AI-powered tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

System & Data Management

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and adherence to established procedures
  • Safeguard sensitive HR data with enterprise-grade security and compliance controls

Reporting & Analytics

  • Translate HR data into meaningful metrics and dashboards
  • Use AI-powered analytics to generate insights that support strategic decision-making

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Act as the primary contact for system-related inquiries and coordinate with ADP support as needed

AI & System Optimization

  • Leverage ADP’s embedded AI tools (e.g., anomaly detection, ADP Assist) to improve efficiency and resolve issues

Training & Documentation

  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users
  • Maintain clear and accessible system documentation and user guides 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field or equivalent professional experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and capability.
  • Proven experience working with an HRIS or similar business system 
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data security
  • Solid understanding of HR operations and data analysis

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with AI-powered features in HCM platforms (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent search)
  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and communicate findings effectively
  • Familiarity with system testing methodologies (QA/UAT) and project management principles

This role will be based out of our Preferred Travel Group office in either Chicago, New York City, Washington DC, Newport Beach, CA or London, UK. With our in-office philosophy, our associates are expected to be in the office at least three days per week, supporting a healthy balance between in-person collaboration and flexible remote work.
