An exciting opportunity for Nurse Director Surgical Services has become available at a reputable acute care hospital located in Western Oklahoma.
GPRMC is an acute care hospital that delivers high-quality care and effective patient-centered and individualized care.
The Director of Surgical Services will oversee all operations within the assigned department. The Director of Surgical Services will review and implement policies and procedures ensuring quality patient care. The Director of Surgical Services will work collaboratively with leadership and will serve as a mentor to staff. The Director of Surgical Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Nurse Supervisors, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements
Requirements include:
- Experience working in hospital leadership
- Current Oklahoma RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
