Description

As a Retail Store Associate at our Textron Aviation-branded merchandise retail store, you'll be providing excellent service and helping our new and repeat clients shop for logo merchandise in a boutique setting. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, strong customer service skills, and proactively manage tasks with minimal oversight. 

Job Duties:

• Greet customers with a warm and genuine smile.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers’ needs and inquiries.
• Assist customers in finding the right products, offering advice, and providing a friendly checkout experience.
• Keep our store looking its best by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
• Restock shelves, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising to showcase our products.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.

Requirements

• A friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Previous retail experience
• Basic knowledge of retail store operations.
• Ability to perform tasks following established processes.
