Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

The QA Analyst / Test Engineer ensures the delivery of high-quality software by driving testing efforts within a development squad. They are fully dedicated to their role and play a key part in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include conducting various types of testing (e.g., UAT, functional), designing effective test cases, identifying and resolving defects collaboratively, and ensuring user-centric outcomes. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential. The role supports the achievement of Sprint and Program Increment (PI) objectives alongside other squad members.Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and Squad to develop QA plans, define acceptance criteria, review test plans, and conduct test cases• Design and create detailed, comprehensive test cases covering various scenarios• Work with the Squad to clarify requirements and user stories for effective test case development• Ensure engineering quality and validate that Stories meet business and customer needs before release• Perform exploratory testing, enforce testing best practices, and contribute to test automation development• Identify inter-squad testing dependencies and coordinate cross-squad testing efforts• Execute test cases to detect defects and validate software functionality• Document and report defects; work with developers and the Squad to prioritize and resolve issues• Collaborate with developers to identify and implement test automation opportunities• Engage with stakeholders to support smooth deployment and transition to production environmentsProfessional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: • Solid understanding of Agile principles and software development practices• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders• Hands-on experience in quality assurance practices, including DevOps and Test-Driven Development (TDD)• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript for writing and executing test scripts• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end browser automation testing• Familiar with BrowserStack for cross-browser and cross-device testing• Experienced in using Postman for API testing and validationAdditional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Automation Testing.• This position is across all locations. • A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
