Unit Description:

Delaware North's Patina Group is a a leader in food service management, operating some of the busiest and most famous kitchens in the world. This is no exception when it comes to some of our most iconic and magical restaurants in the Downtown Disney District including Naples Ristorante E Pizzeria and the brand new Centrico and Paseo.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain an elegant, safe, and clean environment for guests and team members
  • Assist managers in training and development of the team, and conduct team member 1-on-1 sessions 
  • Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
  • Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
  • Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
  • Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
Qualifications:
  • Passion for creating memorable, world-class guest experiences 
  • 2+ years of related experience is required in fine dining or luxury hospitality 
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards, etiquette, and wine/beverage service.
  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required
  • Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to maintain the guest’s goodwill
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or walk 100% of the time
