Front Office Coordinator
IMMEDIATE HIRE: We are seeking a self-motivated, organized individual for processing front end office scheduling of appointments and office processes in support of clinic, medical records and office admin staff.
Scope of Position:
This position is the first point of contact for visitors and clients in the main office setting. Responsible to process all clinics scheduling and coordinating with medical staff. Must be proficient in communications, client interaction and a variety of administrative tasks of the front end processes data entry/spreadsheet reporting to assist management and ensure the agency operations run smoothly and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Individuals applying for this position must have medical or behavioral health admin experience working directly with clients scheduling appointments. Successful candidates will have an excellent work history, possess strong communication and people skills and be at an advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel and computer software programs.
Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree and experience working with behavioral health client population. Minimum requirements of High school diploma or equivalent is required and 2 years' previous experience in a similar role managing front desk operations, data tracking and reporting, or working for a behavioral health or medical office.
