We are looking for an eager, detail-oriented person to join our team and step into the role of Product Development Intern. You will have a passion for designing and developing diverse physical products for a multitude of brands while using a variety of materials. As an integral part of the team, you will standardize and ensure clarity while learning the business.  

The Product Development Intern will collaborate within a cross-functional team to provide organizational alignment and processes. The ability to efficiently handle many deliverables and conflicting timelines/priorities is crucial to success in this role.  


What you will do: 

  • Assist with tech pack  updates and AI work, including color-ups and revisions
  • Support sample reviews and track comments or feedback
  • Manage sample logging, tagging, and organization
  • Maintain sample storage areas and ensure products are easily accessible
  • Coordinate courier shipments and deliveries as needed
  • Perform data entry and assist with maintaining accurate records and databases


Requirements

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Curiosity in product and ability to learn and convey constructions both visually and written. Product types include but are not limited to; wallets, belts, suspenders, handbags, seat covers, towing accessories, and organizers 
  • Ability to enter data 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suite 
  • Ability to quickly learn and function in a PLM Software (Centric) 
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills 
  • Positive attitude to work in alongside a fast-paced team and adapt quickly 

Education: 

  • Pursuing Degree in product design, product development, engineering, textiles manufacturing or equivalent 
  • Can be a recent graduate
