What You'll Be Doing
  • Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth daily processes across teams.
  • Monitor and manage communication channels, identifying and escalating relevant information to the right stakeholders.
  • Participate in projects that require analytical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to information-gathering and validation efforts that may involve human interaction and social awareness.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and strengthen internal collaboration.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external interactions, representing the company’s culture and standards.


    • What You Need to Succeed
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal and written — in Portuguese an English.
  • Proactivity and a hands-on attitude to solve problems and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with different teams.
  • Attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms.
