Riverbank Unified School District is seeking a dedicated and energetic Expanded Learning Program Leader to support our after-school programs serving students TK–12. This role includes coordinating and facilitating academic support, enrichment activities, and recreational opportunities that promote student learning, social-emotional growth, and physical well-being. The Program Leader will assist with instruction, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborate with staff, families, and community partners to ensure engaging, high-quality experiences for all participants
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
AA Degree or Verifiable Two (2) years post-secondary education Advanced education/coursework
Experience or formal training equal to two (2) years working within child-centered environment; Child Development courses/units desirable, and/or training in the implementation of instructional methodologies, child development, student assessment or NCLB Certification required
One (1) year experience in providing various methods of instruction, including direct instruction, in an education environment desirable
Salary Info
Salary Range N @ $19.96 - $25.47 hourly on six annual steps
