We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound calling environments and is passionate about generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
· Make 100–150 outbound cold calls per day to prospective clients across various industries
· Qualify leads and schedule product demos for Account Executives
· Maintain and update CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot) with accurate contact and activity data
· Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs
· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
· Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
· Provide feedback on call scripts and outreach campaigns to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
· 2–5 years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales or SDR role
· Proven track record of exceeding KPIs (e.g., 135%+ of quota, 10%+ call-to-meeting conversion rate)
· Strong communication and objection-handling skills
· Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
· Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work independently
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, Dialpad, and Microsoft Teams
· Experience in B2B or SaaS sales environments
· Ability to adapt messaging across industries and buyer personas
