主要任务The main missions of the role are:
确保质量体系与佛吉亚卓越体系保持一致, 且产品过程符合安全及法规要求;
Ensure quality system is aligned with FES. ensure production process is comply with safety and regulation requirement;
协助工厂经理管理公司质量工作,负责主持质量管理体系程序文件和质量手册的编制和管理。组织完善公司的质量管理体系,促进其持续有效运行;
Assist Plant Manager manage overall quality-related activity, be responsible for the draft and management of Quality Management System documents and Quality Manual;
贯彻公司质量方针和质量目标,制定年度质量工作计划和产品质量工作计划,并组织实施; Implement company quality policy and targets, set up and implement annual quality work plan and product quality work plan;
负责管理生产过程中的产品质量工作,防止不合格品产生。对不合格品的产生进行控制,当需要纠正质量问题时,质量人员有权停止生产,发生重大质量事故及时向工厂经理报告并提出处理意见;
Manage product quality during production, and prevent the production of defects. Control the production quality and holds the power to stop production in case of quality defects, Report to Plant Manager on major quality incidents and provide corrective actions;
负责制定质量检验控制文件并进行质量检验、测量和试验工作,及试验设备的管理、校验、周期检定; Be responsible for quality testing control work and conduct quality inspection, measurement, testing, as well as the management, verification of testing equipment;
负责组织对外购、外协、分承包方批量供货后进行质量能力评审;
Be responsible for quality inspection of external procurement, sun-contractor supplement;
负责客户质量异议处理工作及顾客满意度调查;
Be responsible for customer quality dispute and customer satisfaction investigation;
赋予指定人员职责和权限,以确保顾客要求得到满足;
Authorize and appoint team member to assure satisfying customers’ needs;
负责公司管理评审并确保其持续的适宜性、充分性和有效性,并与组织的战略方向一致;Be Responsible for company audit and assuring it’s suitability, adequacy and efficiency according to organization strategic;
确定并应对风险和机遇,致力于增强顾客满意;
Be responsible for establishing and dealing with opportunity and Risk to enhance customer satisfaction;
负责组织内部质量审核及应对外部审核,协助各部门完成审核不符合项的整改;
Be responsible for internal and external quality audit, assist the corrective actions.;
主导工厂CCC产品认证工作,负责监管CCC工厂质量保证能力及CCC认证产品一致性;
Be responsible for CCC validation, monitor the quality assurance and consistency of CCC validation;
设定质量目标和培训并监控实施过程,立即采取各种纠正预防措施,确保各过程获得预期输出;
Set up quality targets, train and monitor the implementation process. Take corrective and preventive measures to ensure all process lead to anticipated outcome.
报告质量管理体系的绩效及其改进机会,特别向最高管理者报告;
Report to high-level management team on quality system performance and improvements;
确保质量管理体系所需的过程得到建立、实施和保持;
Ensure the setup, implement and maintain quality management system;

Ensure IATF 16949 system requirement achievement in plant; ensure all process and output meet target; regularly visit customer website, learn and download customer records and share with all departments; Can stop delivery in order to quality issue; can avoid sub-quality products delivery to customer by learn and require quality products and process in time, and ensure the discern and control of all potential sub-quality products;

资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望(最低)/ The ideal candidate will have/be(Minimum):
教育背景/Education: 大专学历及以上;理工科专业优先;College Degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical.
经验/ Experience: 在生产行业(包括在制造工程方面的职位)中至少5年的工作经验,熟悉生产质量相关知识;熟悉各大主机厂的质量体系优先;
Minimum at least 5 years experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with production quality knowledge; Be familiar with OEMs’ quality system is preferred.
语言能力/Language: 良好的英语读写技能Skilled English reading and written Skill.
