Essential Functions

Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed, maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Responsible for upkeep, maintenance of vehicle, trailer, and all equipment assigned.
Maintains accurate records as required, including fuel tickets, and purchasing of supplies.
Properly maintains, sets up, and takes down all safety signs and equipment.
Schedules employees.
Daily contact with Contract Inspector (email and / or phone).

Supervisory Responsibility
This position supervises all employees of the litter team.
Work Environment
The employee will be exposed to traffic. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee will be exposed to extreme heat and extreme cold.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, and / or sit for long periods of time, being able to reach with hands and arms, and is frequently required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
