We are seeking a Talent Consulting Leader to join our team. This position can be remote or based out of our headquarters in Columbus, OH. Travel to client sites is expected to be 15-20%.
Responsibilities
As the Talent Consulting Leader, you will be responsible for leading and delivering a wide variety of consulting and assessment engagements with our clients. No day will be exactly the same, but you can expect to work in at least some of the following areas:
- Assessment Process Development and Implementation: Working with our clients and internal Mix project teams to build pre-employment selection strategies and solutions. This includes job analysis, behavioral modeling, building interview guides, and consulting with clients on how to best make use of objective selection tools.
- Individual Assessment: Engaging one-on-one with executives (both candidates and incumbents) and generating insights for our clients to use in their selection and development decisions.
- Leading a Team: Managing a small team of dedicated, talented consultants.
- Research and Design: Building new assessment tools and keeping the ones we have on the cutting edge.
- Thought Leadership: Bringing your perspective, experience, and expertise to our current and prospective clients through white papers, podcasts, webinars, and other mediums.
- Choose Your Own Adventure: We are a small, nimble, and entrepreneurial team serving clients with evolving, dynamic needs. When you have ideas, we want to hear about them and will empower you to bring new capabilities and perspectives to our clients.
Background and Experience
- Graduate-level training (PhD preferred) in industrial/organizational psychology (required)
- Client-facing external or internal consulting experience (required)
- People management experience (preferred)
- Executive assessment experience (preferred)
- Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience (preferred)
- Experience using validated psychometric tools in your consulting and assessment (e.g., OPQ, Hogan suite) (preferred)
