The Mat Packing Associate plays a key role in the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, specifically focusing on picking, packing, and preparing mats for shipping or distribution. This position ensures orders are processed quickly, safely, and according to quality standards.


The Mat Packing Associate plays a key role in the accurate and efficient fulfillment of customer orders, specifically focusing on picking, packing, and preparing mats for shipping or distribution. This position ensures orders are processed quickly, safely, and according to quality standards.

What You'll Do
  • Pick and pack mats according to customer orders and specifications.
  • Mat Roller lifting, rolling, and carrying mats in our facility to prepare them for our customers.
  • Inspect mats for quality, damage, or defects before packing.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy by assisting with stock organization and inventory checks.
  • Prepare mats for shipping, including labeling, sorting, and staging for transport.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly disposing of waste and debris.
  • Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards while performing tasks.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to management promptly.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the fulfillment team.


    • Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated record of reliable and consistent work performance.
  • Must pass pre-employment checks, including background check and drug screening.
  • Dependable transportation to ensure consistent, on-time reporting to scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing up to 10 hours per day, bending, twisting, squatting, performing repetitive hand motions (such as grasping), and lifting at least 15 pounds.
  • Perform all duties safely and in compliance with OSHA standards and company directives.
  • Promptly report any unsafe conditions or practices to management.
  • Willingness to perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.
