East West Tea is seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Digital Experience Team! 

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for helping build the global analytics function at Yogi by supporting the US team with data insights and analytics primarily using consumer panel data.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN:                               

Operational                                                                                                                  70% of time

• Owns the relationship with Numerator and helps determine contract structure, credit utilization, and allocation of consulting time
• Build consumer insight and metric-focused dashboards within new PowerBI reporting and analytics portal
• Assist in the execution of the annual brand health study
• Work with innovation and R&D teams on identifying potential new products and assist with new product development process
• Assist with creation and execution of periodic consumption insights review

Strategic                                                                                                                                               15% of time

• Evaluate new tools and partners to further develop Yogi’s analytics capabilities
• Help determine ROI with existing and future Yogi data partners

Relationship and Influencing                                                                                                  15% of time

• Establish cross-functional relationships within the global Yogi team including Sales, Customer Marketing, Brand & Product and R&D
• Maintain relationships with EU data and analytics suppliers including SPINS and Numerator and assist with contract negotiations

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: 

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experience in analytics and data-focused role preferably in fast moving consumer goods industry
• Experience using various data and analytics platforms
• Proficiency with Numerator or other consumer panel data provider preferred
• Proficiency with SPINS, NIQ, or Circana data and tools
