R/W Connection Inc., a leading distributor of Industrial Hose, Gaskets, Conveyor Belting, and MRO supplies for over 70 years, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Industrial & Hydraulic Hose Department at our Landisville, PA headquarters.

Position Overview:
 This hands-on role involves the assembly, testing, and preparation of industrial and hydraulic hose products for a variety of applications. We provide full training for motivated individuals interested in learning a specialized trade within a stable, growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling and crimping industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies
• Reading and interpreting work orders and job specifications
• Performing pressure tests and quality inspections
• Operating hose fabrication and crimping equipment
• Conducting inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Comfortable using hand tools and machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Prior fabrication, hose, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
