Summary/Objective
The Finance Manager maintains profit & loss records. Supervises and approves all financial responsibilities including the processing of payroll, accounts receivable, payable and collections.

- Works with confidential data, which, if disclosed, might have significant internal or external effect.
- Coordinates the daily operations of office team members including training and development, assigning work and switchboard coverage. Provide back up when needed.
- Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Create, utilize and train team on ERP reporting system for business reports.
- Works with customers to collect past-due payments timely.
- Oversees sales tax calculation and payment without penalty.
- Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide financial advice.
- Prepares reports for month-end, quarterly and annually regarding Bonnell Industries financial performance.
- Reports and all suspicious activity, attitudes or unusual happenings to the President immediately.
- Responsible for property, casualty & liability insurance; cost, coverage and evaluation of carriers.
- Partner with other department managers to ensure proper work flow.
- Support Engineering department by creating and maintaining R & D reports for annual audits.
- Retain capital expense records.
- Prepare for fiscal year audits.
- Discern payment schedule for accounts payable to utilize maximum discounts and an excellent credit rating and strong business relationships for Bonnell Industries Inc.
- Partner with Sales Manager to introduce and maintain an effective accounts receivable process reducing business costs.
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action when necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
- Provides direction, development and leadership to team members.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
Pay Range: $75,000-$95,000 annually

This role is responsible for the finance and IT department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent visits to the production floor. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area and overnight travel may be expected. All travel must be approved in advance by management. Please reference the employee handbook for all applicable policies.
Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management or similar field.
· Experience in a production environment.
· Experience supervising, coaching and developing staff.
· Proficiency in Excel.
· Working knowledge of an ERP system.
Preferred Education and Experience
· Similar or related experience from a manufacturing environment.
· Experience using Sage.
