What's so exciting about this role?

The Sales Support Team provides 6-day support to our loan and Australian Cards portfolio business, which includes our dealer partner network of over 20,000 dealers.

The Sales Support Officer is responsible for handling inbound enquires from our sales network (internal and external) for day-to day support, product and application enquiries, application troubleshooting, system maintenance and campaign and promotional updates. You would be working on a 6 day roster (8:30am – 5:30pm).

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

No day is average at humm but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

  • Provide exceptional service (via email and inbound calls) across 6 days to our business partners
  • Liaise with our internal partners on all sales support enquiries
  • Assist and support our Revenue & Growth sales team
  • Set up new businesses in required systems and manage existing database
  • Set up and update promotions and campaigns as instructed by the business
  • Action password and username re-sets across our systems and multiple products
  • Review credit decisions and explanation of any further information required to overturn the outcome
