What To Expect:
- Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing Supply Chain Excellence team.
- Management Operations Reviews: Own and facilitate the monthly EMEA Management Operations Reviews, providing insights, tracking actions, and driving accountability.
- Value Improvement: Lead the EMEA Value Improvement processes, from ideation through execution, ensuring robust governance and delivery of targeted benefits.
- Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the EMEA regional project portfolio, ensuring projects are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively.
- Regional Coordination: Collaborate with global PMO and strategic teams to align on global projects and coordinate regional deployment.
- Project Leadership: Manage the execution of key regional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Supply Chain Process Excellence: Drive process excellence initiatives across the EMEA supply chain by applying Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to monitor project progress, process improvements, and value delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders to ensure effective communication and change management.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to enhance Supply Chain processes and project management maturity within EMEA.
What We Expect:
- Advanced project and portfolio management experience, with a proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams in supply chain or operations.
- Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), governance, and value delivery.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, driving change, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
- Effective analytical, problem-solving, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a matrixed, multinational environment.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI).
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years’ relevant experience, including leadership of regional or cross-functional portfolios.
- Professional PM certification (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) highly desirable; Six Sigma certification or equivalent strongly preferred.
