The Dean (Academic) is an integral member of the Griffith Health leadership team, contributing to the development of Group Strategic and Operational Plans whilst leading the development of Group Workforce Plans. Working closely with the other Deans, and supporting the needs of the Heads of School, the Dean (Academic) will support and enable the delivery of outstanding learning, research and engagement across the Health Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to build on existing world-class performance across the Group and its Health Clinics, whilst strengthening and broadening our footprint and culture of excellence. You will cultivate innovation and engagement, drive quality assurance and effective space utilisation, and enhance the health, safety and wellbeing of our students and staff.

With the ability to contribute to Griffith Health decision-making, and as the standing deputy for the Pro Vice Chancellor (Health), candidates will have outstanding clinical academic and leadership credentials along with the collegial qualities to engage, influence and inspire others.
