Your Next Challenge
Drive asset readiness, optimisation, and technical support across high-volume equipment and new site launches.
We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused Asset Operations Manager to join our Geraldton team. Reporting to the Asset Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our assets are delivered, commissioned, and optimised to support safe and efficient operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on-site, and can confidently manage technical challenges, vendor relationships, and equipment lifecycle planning.
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery, commissioning, and readiness of high-volume assets and new equipment
- Support new site start-ups, ensuring operational and maintenance strategies are executed effectively
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify equipment is fit-for-purpose and aligned with specifications
- Coordinate the decommissioning and resale of old assets
- Execute equipment optimisation projects with regular site presence and progress monitoring.
- Provide technical advice to site maintenance and operations teams
- Maintain accurate registers and tracking systems for vehicles, assets, and equipment
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and OEMs
- Oversee warranty work, credit claims, and core return processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
