For the part of management assistant

  • Calendar Management by arranging meetings, appointments and travel plans
  • Support management communication by drafting and proofreading e-mails, support in taking meeting notes & prepare agendas and presentations
  • Conducting research and gathering information to support executive projects and initiatives
  • Manage administrative activities for management and leading roles
  • Support to build and maintain positive client relations
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience

 

For the part of Office Manager

  • You are the local contact point for the operation manager and oversee the office management activities
  • Support the operation manager with office and budget management.
  • Manage the administrative activities within the office
  • Monitor the use of the office in order to keep a warm work atmosphere
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees
  • Lead small initiatives to improve office management
  • Support the implementation of Health and safety initiatives
  • Collaborate with suppliers concerning office needs
  • Coordinate the reception activities as being the first contact point for the receptionist(s)
