ABOUT THE JOB
As part of the Group Human Resources team you actively shape the trustful collaboration with our international employee representation bodies and act as a key contact for relevant stakeholders. In doing so, you coordinate closely with your collegues to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across all co-determination committees, while keeping corporate objectives in focus.
JOB DESCRIPTION
/ Provide expert legal advice to business units on co-determination matters on group level, with a strong focus on the implementation of IT tools.
/ Ensure compliance with participation rights and support smooth alignment with international employee representation bodies (e.g. TRATON Konzernbetriebsrat, European Works Councils and Swedish unions)
/ Independently support the execution of global projects, ensuring that all relevant co-determination requirements are met and that collaboration with works councils or unions is handled effectively
/ Guide managers and stakeholders on collective labour law topics in cross-brand collaboration matters
/ Act as a trusted partner for regulatory and co-determination topics, helping to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure that employee participation rights are respected throughout all project phases
YOUR SKILLS
/ Completed university degree in Law or Business Law with a focus on (collective) labour law
/ Relevant experience in (international) collaboration with employee representation bodies
/ Target group specific communication skills and ability to properly interact ad hoc with stakeholders
/ Intercultural competence to collaborate with all the TRATON GROUP brands in Sweden/Germany/Brazil/US
/ German on a native level and very good English skills, both spoken and written
