About the Role
We’re seeking an accomplished People Executive: Talent to lead our global talent management, acquisition, and leadership development strategy.
This is a high-impact senior leadership role responsible for shaping how we identify, grow, and retain exceptional leaders — from emerging talent through to the C-suite.
As the strategic head of our global Talent Centre of Excellence (CoE), you will set the vision, frameworks, and governance that enable regional delivery while ensuring alignment to global business priorities. You’ll work directly with executive leadership to forecast future capabilities, strengthen succession pipelines, and drive leadership readiness across our international footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Global Talent Strategy & Leadership Planning:
Design and implement a future-fit global talent strategy that aligns with business growth, workforce transformation, and leadership succession objectives.Executive & C-Suite Talent Development:
Partner with the Chief People Officer and ExCo to identify, assess, and develop top-tier leadership talent. Shape succession pipelines and readiness frameworks for executive and mission-critical roles across the organisation.Talent Governance & Global Standards:
Establish and embed consistent frameworks, tools, and data definitions that anchor regional activity in global standards. Ensure these support transparency, fairness, and quality of decision-making across all talent processes.Employer Brand & Attraction:
Define and activate a compelling global employer brand aligned to our EVP and leadership proposition, ensuring cohesive storytelling across regions and platforms.Strategic Talent Acquisition:
Lead the global recruitment vision, ensuring C-suite and senior hiring is aligned with business transformation priorities. Govern performance standards and introduce technology that enhances predictive and data-driven hiring.Talent Analytics & Insight:
Leverage predictive analytics to identify leadership risks, inform succession decisions, and measure the effectiveness of global talent interventions.
Build and oversee dashboards tracking internal mobility, development engagement, and diversity across leadership pipelines.
About You
You are an experienced global talent leader with the gravitas and strategic depth to influence at board level. You’re motivated by developing leadership capability that drives business success and cultural evolution.
You will bring:
Master’s degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
10–12 years’ global talent management and executive development experience, including 5+ years at senior management or CoE leadership level.
Proven track record leading C-suite and senior leadership talent strategies across complex, matrixed global environments.
Expertise in succession planning, leadership development, and strategic workforce transformation.
Strong data and systems fluency, using insights to inform strategy and elevate decision quality.
A collaborative, commercially minded approach with exceptional stakeholder and influencing skills.
