Homeoffice Project Manager at Aleph

Selva is a creative agency within the Aleph Group — a fast-growing network that helps global brands perform better on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. We’re expanding quickly across Europe, the CIS region, and the Middle East — and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and great communication to our international creative production flow. This role sits at the heart of our creative performance team — where strategy meets execution, and every project turns into a piece of content that drives real results for our clients.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate and manage clients marketing and creative projects from concept to delivery.

Lead client communication — translating their needs into actionable plans and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.

Organize and optimize workflows using tools like Notion, Monday.com, Miro, Figma, or CRM systems.

Plan, assign, and track team tasks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Support creative and strategic sessions, gathering insights and transforming them into clear next steps.

Collect and systematize project materials, reports, and best practices to strengthen internal knowledge sharing.

Partner closely with production, design, and media teams spread across Europe, Africa, and APAC.

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years of project management experience ideally  in a creative, marketing, media, or production agency.

Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Confident working across cultures and time zones.

Fluency in English and Russian (client communication requires both).

A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset — you make things happen, not just track them.
