Daily networking opportunities providing high level exposure within the company. Participate in product trainings, customer visits and site tours to understand the Molex Automotive business & sales functions. Deepen knowledge & understanding of Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, and Marketing  Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Enrolled in an Engineering or related technical business degree program Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2028 Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.What Will Put You Ahead Enrolled in a Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Sales Engineering, or related Engineering degree program Collaboration skills and ability to work successfully with cross-discipline teams and build professional relationships Natural curiosity and motivation for learning and contributing to the team Ability to apply critical thinking skills and proactively solve problems Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements effectively in presentation/collaboration Organizational skills to anticipate, plan and prioritize assigned workAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
