We are looking for a motivated SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to play a key role in our newly established SAP Center of Excellence in Madrid. In this role, you will contribute to global SAP S/4HANA deployments, shaping the future of our sales and distribution processes across multiple countries. You will be part of an international, cross-functional team that values innovation, methodology and long-term thinking, making a direct impact on the way Liebherr runs its business worldwide.

Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city, where we are currently setting up a new office location.
Creating passion: your responsibilities
- Drive the successful implementation of SAP SD within our global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP SD solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on order management, pricing, billing, and shipping.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to empower key users and stakeholders.
- Contribute to change management activities, ensuring adoption of new processes and S/4HANA solutions.
- Support the creation of solution documentation leveraging tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with an international, cross-functional team to deliver high quality, scalable solutions that support our global growth.
- Travel (up to 30%) to Liebherr sites worldwide to engage directly with business teams and support deployments.
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP SD consultant, with hands-on exposure to international SAP deployments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution implementations, ideally in large-scale, industrial manufacturing, multinational environments with Sales and Services business models.
- Strong process knowledge in order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and their integration points with MM, FI, CO, etc, and non-SAP solutions (e.g. CRM, Field Services).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and value.
- Familiar with JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) for task management and team collaboration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel international (up to 30%) as required by project work.
- SAP S/4HANA Sales certification or equivalent credentials are a strong plus.
