We are looking for someone who will be joining our Metrology team as a Calibration Technician for our Nashua Canal St. facility. You will be a member of the ES Metrology Team and you will be involved hands on in the calibration of the diverse family of measuring and test equipment used in our labs and factories there. You will be there to promote and provide customer satisfaction to our test equipment users, interfacing with the community to supply technical support and guidance.

As a Senior RF/MICROWAVE Calibration Technician you will make impacts in the following ways:
  • Perform calibrations on measurement and test equipment (M&TE) in multiple disciplines, including – DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, and Time & Frequency, in order to ensure compliance with published specifications.
  • Ensure all calibrations are performed in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Assure the accuracy of the measurements taken by using the proper calibration standards.
  • Maintain secondary and/or working calibration standards.
  • Collect, compile, summarize, and record data gathered during calibration.
  • Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action via adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, etc.
  • Interact with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives, and customers.
  • Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with the BAE Systems Quality System
  • Work in a safe manner, following all company safety requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 3:30PM to 2 AM -- 9/80 work week.
