Would you like to join a stable and reputable dairy business in Westbury, Wiltshire? We have some vacancies across the factory, the largest butter and powder facility in the UK. The site is also the home of Anchor butter. You will be working in a fully-automated facility where your safety is the number one priority. Arla has a culture of rewarding talent by promoting internally.
Who are you?
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will be operating high speed processing and packing equipment. You will be responsible for safety, quality and efficiency on your production line. You will receive full training to carry out the tasks.
- You must be able to follow our Continental Shift pattern. You will work 12 hours shifts, rotating between days and nights including some weekends (2 weekends per month).
- You must be able to work on your own initiative, have strong team working skills and a flexible attitude to work
- We need people who can demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy and have a sound technical understanding
