HRIS Analyst (SAP SuccessFactors)
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Human Resources Information System. This role ensures data integrity, system functionality, and reporting accuracy across HR platforms. The analyst collaborates with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline HR processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to support HR operations.
• Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards for HR metrics and analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on system upgrades and integrations.
• Train HR staff on SuccessFactors usage and best practices.
• Ensure data security and privacy compliance.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits.
• Document processes and maintain system manuals and user guides.
• Stay current with HRIS trends and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules in a global environment(e.g., Employee Central, LMS, PMGM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of HR processes and data privacy regulations.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with system implementations or upgrades.
• Knowledge of data integration and automation tools.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or People Analytics is a plus.

Pay is in the range of $85,490 - $121,393 per year. The position is eligible for a 401(k) match and consideration for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
