About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Creative Operations to lead and scale our global creative organization. This leader will oversee a team across Strategy, Creative Production, Design, and Social Media, and will be responsible for building best-in-class processes, driving operational excellence, and introducing automation and AI to transform how we deliver creative at scale.

The role requires a unique mix of creativity, operational rigor, and technological fluency. You will design and implement workflows that balance efficiency, innovation, and quality, while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:
Lead and manage the end-to-end creative process across multiple disciplines (creative strategy, design, production, social media), ensuring scalability, consistency, and high-quality delivery.

Process Design & Optimization:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve workflows, governance models, and tools that increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enable predictable delivery of creative outputs.

Automation & AI Integration:
Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI across the creative pipeline — from briefing and ideation to production, versioning, and performance optimization. Partner with internal tech/data teams and external vendors to implement solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology leaders to align creative operations with business objectives and campaign strategies.

Performance & Metrics:
Define and track KPIs to measure creative efficiency, speed, and impact. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.

Talent Leadership:
Inspire, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team. Create career growth paths, foster innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture.

Innovation & Future Readiness:
Stay ahead of industry trends in creative tech, AI, design, and content marketing. Champion experimentation with emerging tools and methods to ensure the team remains competitive and cutting-edge.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of leadership experience in consulting, supply chain, creative operations, marketing operations, or production management — ideally in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations.
  • Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong background in process design, operational excellence, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience implementing automation platforms, AI solutions, and digital asset management (DAM) systems in a creative or marketing context.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring impact.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
