About The Role
🌟 What You'll be Responsible For
The Campus Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of SAE Glasgow, ensuring the campus runs smoothly and delivers an outstanding student experience.
Acting as the central point of coordination (“the glue”) between local teams and central services, the Campus Manager oversees campus operations, facilities, administration, compliance, financial management, and student support.
The Campus Manager holds overall accountability for the success of the campus, with the Academic Manager, Administration, and Student Support functions reporting directly to this role.
For each central services function — Education, Admissions, Compliance, Facilities, IT, Marketing, HR, Wellbeing, and Student Support — the Campus Manager acts as the main facilitator for the smooth implementation of strategies, ensuring local delivery aligns with organisational priorities and enhances the student journey.
✅ What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone with proven experience managing teams, ideally in an education or creative environment. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, being a strategic thinker who’s comfortable in fast-growing, hands-on roles. Confidence across compliance, budgeting, facilities, and academic delivery is essential. You should be an excellent communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in a collaborative culture, and be motivated to take a small campus and fast-track it to flagship status.
