We will be open daily from 5pm-10pm Nov 14 - Jan 3 (Closed Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class guest experience during holiday events at The Ballpark at America First Square. This entry-level role supports a wide range of functions including guest experience, crowd management, hosting, corporate partnership support, and other stadium operations. We're looking for teammates who are energetic, reliable, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive fan environment.
You will:
- Work 2-3 shifts each week (more if desired) from Nov 14 - Jan 3 (Closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, delivering exceptional customer service
- Support holiday event operations in various roles including; ushering, hospitality services, and general ballpark readiness
- Assist with events, from hosting activities on the concourse, crowd management on the field, and managing suite spaces during holiday parties
- Provide ticketing support such as mobile ticket assistance, guest questions, and ticket troubleshooting
- Provide general support to corporate partnership activations, including group hosting, promotions, and client events
- Help maintain cleanliness and readiness of public areas, premium spaces, and back-of-house as needed
- Work collaboratively with full-time staff across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Salt Lake Bees and The Ballpark at America First Square
- Other duties as assigned

Wage: $14-16/hour depending on experience
Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a part-time seasonal position (Nov 2025 - Jan 2026). Great teammates may have the option to return in different capacities for gameday and non-gameday events in 2026.
