Job Summary
This role is responsible for Responsible for maintaining and managing the organization's existing IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of computer systems.
Job Responsibilities
- System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of servers and other IT infrastructure components.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT team members and departments to identify and implement new technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments
- Support VMware vSphere server infrastructure
- Participate in a paid on-call rotation and respond to after-hours service disruptions or scheduled maintenance
- Maintain accurate system documentation, including configurations, policies, procedures, and change logs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
Education Requirements
Minimum: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree along with relevant technical certifications.
Experience Requirements
Minimum: 1 year of experience with network administration or a related IT role
Preferred: 5 years of experience with network administration or a related IT role
