POSITION SUMMARY:
Accurately label, load and verify all products coming in/out of NBCi’s Supply/Logistics matches appropriate documentation. Ensure that all products received, shipped, and inventoried accurately, organized and readily identifiable.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare bill of lading, customs forms, invoices, and other Shipping/Receiving/Freight documents
- Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks when necessary
- Verify/inspect the quality and quantity of items against supporting documents
- Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise
- Identify, hold, and segregate defective material (RGA process)
- Complete proper part checks and instruct operators to move materials to proper staging area
- Help in evaluating inventory discrepancies Inventory Coordinator
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR CERTIFICATION:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of shipping/receiving or related experience.
Strong SAP skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
Forklift certification required; must be able to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
DOT and IATA certification.
SALARY RANGE
$15.81 to $23.41 Hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.

Strong attention to detail and highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office programs.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and flexible to work off-shift hours as needed.
