The Supervisor, Operations & Maintenance will lead a team of 10-15 Project Specialists tasked with coordinating the completion of customer solar projects. The Supervisor will need to be able to quickly problem solve and remove roadblocks for the team. In this fast-paced role, it’s critical that weekly targets are met to ensure the success of the project. The O&M organization will always keep the customer as the priority. Quick action and excellent communication are paramount to help preserve the customer experience during system downtime and/or required repairs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Mentoring new hires and direct reports - Helping with questions, providing guidance and assisting with escalations when needed
Coaching new hires and direct reports - Help direct reports grow and improve
Understanding, analyzing and presenting KPIs/metrics - Showing how the team is performing
Helping the department improve and scale
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Solar experience required
Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate to key stakeholders
Must be able to adapt quickly to learning new systems
Advanced Excel and CRM (Salesforce) knowledge
Team player, collaborative, ability to work well with others
Bachelor's degree preferred
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
