The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Site Supervisor in a Group Living Environment (GLE) that assists up to six residents in various daily living skills and activities. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional people skills and demonstrate a high level of energy to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Your role as a Program Site Supervisor:
As a Program Site Supervisor, it is crucial to have prior experience working with individuals who have serious mental health issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for motivating and collaborating with residents to help them achieve their individual treatment goals. This supervisory role will also involve participating in an on-call rotation and overseeing the hiring process of direct care staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in similar field preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and have access to insured vehicle for work related purposes.
