General Summary

The Warehouse Associate will assist daily warehouse activities which include processing inbound and outbound shipments, parts inventory management, daily reporting and other tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.  This includes, but not limited to, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in delivery area, etc.  This role will have cross functional interactions with the Logistics and Consumer & Customer Service teams.    

Primary / Key Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Order fulfillment – pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer specifications
  • Stock shelves – stock a high-volume of incoming merchandise to shelves
  • Load and unload multiple daily carrier shipments 
  • Perform routine cycle counting and work with Lead to research count discrepancies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Transport product to and from receiving area to shelves and storefront 
  • Cleaning aisles and shelf units and ensuring correct bin labeling
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education and/or Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience: Warehouse environment experience, pallet jack, shrink wrapping, standing long hours, heavy lifting. Basic PC skills, Valid and current Utah forklift certification, ideal but not required 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Able to multitask and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
  • Must be punctual and on time  
  • Able to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
