Inventory Specialist at Campers Inn RV

Campers Inn RV is looking for an Inventory Specialist. This role is located in Jacksonville, FL and responsible for processing and maintains inventory through adherence of company guidelines and core values.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. 

• Update and maintain inventory database
• Prep and analyze reports
• Monitor inventory levels for multiple dealerships
• Communicate efficiently with manufacturers 
• Coordinate transport of RVs
• Special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Education: 
  1. Associate Degree in related field 
• Experience:
  1. 1 year experience in related field is preferred
  2. 1 year experience in data entry is required
• Abilities:              
  1. Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  2. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
  3. Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
  4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
  5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  6. Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
  7. Proficiency in MS office
  8. Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Systems2K and other applicable software
  9. Ability to bed or sit for long periods of time
  10. Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and report
