We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is experienced with Haas machining centers, capable of operating CNC mills and is proficient with manual machining equipment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude to ensure high-quality, efficient production in a collaborative shop environment.

Essential Job Duties & Primary Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Set up, and operate CNC machining centers to produce precision parts per specifications.
Select proper tooling and fixtures, perform tool offsets and adjustments for optimal performance.
Inspect finished parts to maintain quality standards.
Proficiency using measurement instruments, including, but not limited to micrometers and calipers.
Maintain machines and work areas, performing basic preventive maintenance and reporting issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve workflow.
Contribute to a positive, team-driven environment, promoting communication and problem-solving across shifts and departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of CNC operating CNC mills, preferably with a Haas VF mill.
Proficient in G-Code
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Non-essential)
Ability to write and edit CNC programs, preferably CAD CAM
Manual machining experience
Forklift and hoist operation and general shop safety training.
