We have an immediate need for Promotions & Management Trainees to join our expanding team. This entry-level role offers hands-on cross-training in marketing, sales, event coordination, and leadership with mentorship from experienced team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute community awareness programs, brand activations, and nonprofit campaigns

• Engage the public to raise awareness, drive support, and generate leads

• Assist with event logistics, team coordination, and client relations

• Shadow mentors to develop leadership and management skills

• Take on small team supervision after initial training
