We’re looking for an iOS Engineer who loves to build, experiment, and create from scratch. You’ll help design and launch the first generation of the Blueprint iOS experience bringing together data, design, and AI to help people better understand and optimize their health.
This is an opportunity to join Blueprint at the ground level, working directly with product and design to craft something that’s both technically impressive and deeply meaningful.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities
- Build and ship the Blueprint iOS app
- Write high-quality, maintainable Swift code and ensure the app performs beautifully.
- Work closely with design and backend teams to develop product features end to end.
- Integrate with several third party APIs, LLMs and AI-driven systems to create intelligent, adaptive user experiences.
- Continuously improve app performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Document your work and participate in code reviews to shape early engineering standards.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping iOS apps.
- Fluent in Swift, with solid experience in UIKit and SwiftUI.
- Deep understanding of Apple frameworks, APIs, networking, concurrency, and threading.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HealthKit, CoreBluetooth, or other hardware integrations.
- Familiarity with on-device ML, secure data handling, or local inference models.
- Background in health tech, data visualization, or human performance tools.
- Experience working with LLMs or AI-powered features in mobile products.
- Contributions to open-source projects or notable personal apps.
Benefits
Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 + equity + benefits
