Your Role as Central Scheduler – Be the Backbone of Our Operations!
As a Central Scheduler, you’ll be at the heart of our communication flow, connecting New Home Builders with our dedicated field teams. You’ll be a master of coordination, ensuring that inspections run like clockwork. Love the challenge of problem-solving and thinking on your feet? This role is perfect for you!
You’ll prioritize daily routes, manage high-volume calls, and react quickly to unexpected changes in the field – all while delivering excellent customer service. With a fast-paced environment and the opportunity to work independently, you’ll be an integral part of a team that thrives on innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate and analyze client information to determine inspection schedules.
- Manage high-volume incoming calls and emails across multiple lines.
- Coordinate visits to job sites based on builder timelines and inspection needs.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Track inspections and proactively communicate with clients about changes or missing details.
- Ensure geography-based assignment of tasks for smooth daily operations.
- Help management maintain builder relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of office experience and 2+ years of scheduling or similar work.
- Stellar data entry and typing skills (50-60 WPM).
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRMs, and Excel; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- A knack for solving problems in real-time and balancing a high volume of tasks.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
