From your PASSION to ours

 Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician II - Building (Building Mechanic). The Building Mechanic is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and improvements of any given area of the Nampa Building Site.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

· Ground work (outside cleaning, garbage, weed spraying, etc.).

· Change the HVAC & AC unit filters.

· Pick up and deliver parts site wide.

· Take care of building repairs, i.e. epoxy flooring, tile, sheet rock, painting, roof repair, plumbing, welding, basic electric etc.

· Provide storeroom support

· Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance.

· Attend department meetings and training as assigned by supervisor or manager.

· Maintenance Tech IV will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, and Pneumatic.

Requirements

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

· High School Diploma required.

· Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Specialized Knowledge

· Electrical, and plumbing.

Skills / Abilities

· Ability to work well with others and possess strong interpersonal qualities.

· Good communication skills

· Self-Motivated

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional Certifications

· Valid State issued driver's license
