Colorado's award-winning personal injury law firm, The Wilhite Law Firm, is hiring an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager Assistant. We enjoy a positive team environment and are seeking positive, self-motivated people who thrive as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple team members. This position requires excellent attention to detail (including time management and accuracy), a positive attitude, and a team player mentality.
Applicants must have prior working knowledge of the personal injury field with 2 years of experience working in a personal injury law office, handling auto accident cases.

Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Requesting medical records and bills.
- Print medical records or bills.
- Drafting Client letters.
- Drafting demands.
- Confirm receipt of demands.
- Monthly case reviews.
- Property damage, personal injury
- Rescission/termination letters.
- Request payment ledgers, arrange statements
- In-depth analysis of medical records and bills.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and critical thinking skills.
- Prepare demand packages for shipment; scanning medical records, bills, and other necessary documentation.
- Corresponding with providers and insurance adjusters.
- Fostering and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication.
- Verifying all client injuries, damages, and other losses have been documented and presented for maximum recovery.
- Bilingual preferred - Spanish
