Join Our Team as a Sr Continuous Improvement Manager!
Responsibilities:
• Identify, prioritize, and drive top improvement opportunities, securing leadership alignment through data-backed insights.
• Lead the application of standard improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and problem-solving techniques.
• Plan and implement major process and technology improvement projects in collaboration with engineering, operations, and R&D.
• Define operational targets, optimize BOMs and routings, and apply statistical analysis to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
• Lead or sponsor cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives, eliminating waste and non-value-added activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support planning and execution of continuous improvement projects across the organization.
• Train, develop, and mentor direct and indirect team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or manufacturing related field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing environment (food/beverage experience preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with MS Project a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, control systems, and basic statistical tools.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines and budgets.
• Experienced in leading cross-functional improvement teams using facilitation, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
