We have a great opportunity for a Group Sourcing Manager to join our team!


The Group Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading and executing sourcing and procurement projects that support the company’s manufacturing operations. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely supply of raw materials, components, and services while upholding quality, compliance, and sustainability standards. Working closely with engineering, production, quality assurance, supply chain, and finance, the Sourcing Manager drives supplier selection, contract negotiations, and project execution from concept through production launch.


Responsibilities:


· Develop and implement sourcing strategies for materials, components, and services.

· Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers to support production requirements and growth.

· Lead supplier evaluation, audits, and performance management across cost, quality, delivery, and risk.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to ensure cost competitiveness and risk mitigation.

· Establish long-term supplier partnerships that align with company values, including sustainability and innovation.

· Manage sourcing projects end-to-end, ensuring budgets, timelines, and deliverables are met.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to align sourcing decisions with manufacturing requirements.

· Track project status, risks, and mitigation strategies, reporting to senior management.

· Ensure smooth transitions from sourcing to production in collaboration with manufacturing plants.

· Drive cost reduction initiatives and conduct total cost of ownership analysis.

· Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and global sourcing opportunities.

· Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as geopolitical, financial, and logistics.

· Ensure suppliers meet company and regulatory quality and compliance requirements.

· Address supplier non-conformances and implement corrective actions in partnership with Quality teams.

· Support new product development by sourcing components and materials aligned with design and launch requirements.

· Drive process improvements in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.

· Implement digital tools and data analytics to improve visibility and efficiency.

· Benchmark industry best practices to strengthen sourcing strategies.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s or professional certifications (CPSM, PMP, APICS, Six Sigma) preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing.

· Proven success in managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and cost reduction.

· Experience in global sourcing and working with international suppliers.

· Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
