The Role

The Content Strategist role within Hyatt’s Global Creative and Content team helps drive the development and execution of content strategies that power integrated marketing campaigns on a global scale. This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including brand, marketing, loyalty, media, product, regional teams, and more—to ensure content aligns with business goals and resonates with key audiences. They leverage data-driven insights to shape compelling narratives and deliver cohesive storytelling across all platforms and touchpoints of the consumer journey.

•Develop and support omnichannel content strategies for global marketing campaigns, including seasonal initiatives, brand launches, loyalty promotions, and experiential activations.

•Align content with brand voice, positioning, and cultural nuances across key international markets.

•Lead strategic content reviews and storytelling sessions, confidently presenting ideas and guiding discussions with cross-functional peers and business leaders.

•Collaborate with regional marketing teams, creative agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive content delivery across all touchpoints (web, social, email, app, display, etc.)

•Lead and work alongside creative and copy team members to distill complex briefs into compelling campaigns that achieve desired business objectives.

•Translate customer insights, market research, and consumer insight data into actionable content recommendations aligned with business goals.

•Adopt AI-powered content tools and proactively identify opportunities to integrate them into content planning and creation to enhance efficiency, creativity, and personalization at scale.

•Consistently and effectively apply content strategy best practices and learnings across projects, while also evangelizing to the broader Global Creative and Content team.


Experience Required:

•3-5 years of experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, copywriting, or editorial roles, preferably within the hospitality, travel, lifestyle/luxury, or consumer brands sectors.

•Strong understanding of global content marketing and omnichannel campaign development.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an eye for narrative and detail.

•Exceptional writing and editing skills; fluency in English is required.

Experience Preferred: 

•Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field.

•Proficiency in tools such as content management systems, project management platforms and analytics.

•Experience with and/or interest in AI content creation tools.

•Knowledge of SEO, content performance metrics, and social media best practices.

The salary range for this position is $64,000.00 to $80,000.00. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
