We’re looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our team in Munich, Germany . 

We are a fast-paced organization undergoing transformation into a truly global business. In this role, the Procurement Administrator will play a vital part in supporting our procurement transformation journey by helping to build processes, strengthen the team, and directly improve overall performance. 

This position has a strong focus on Claim Management for incoming fruits from suppliers and requires close collaboration with Quality, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Procurement, with future development options into Procurement Buyer or Procurement Digitalization roles. 

Responsibilities;

• Manage Claim Management process for incoming fruit shipments from suppliers. 

• Collaborate with Quality teams to ensure complete and on-time reporting of claims. 

• Track and monitor overall supplier performance, identifying trends and risks. 

• Communicate directly with suppliers on claims related to non-conformance or lack of quality delivered against specifications. 

• Support the design and improvement of procurement processes, with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and compliance. 

• Work cross-functionally to support procurement transformation initiatives. 

• Provide administrative and analytical support to the procurement team. 

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the procurement and supply chain function. 

Requirements

Essential

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across teams and externally with suppliers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly in dynamic situations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Desirable;

• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft or similar)
• Previous experience in the fresh produce industry is beneficial
• Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain is desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Fluency in other languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese etc) is highly beneficial
