Job Summary

Summary of Basic Functions & Responsibilities: The Executive Assistant serves as a key member of the department administrative team. The Executive Assistant is expected to support the director and function as the office manager for the student services administrative office. Under the direction of the director, the Executive Assistant will assist the administrative staff to implement an effective instructional program, provide oversight, monitor the department budget, and provide support to the certificated and classified staff. The Executive Assistant needs to understand and work effectively with people from different cultures and maintain a positive relationship with the school community.

Degree Stipends: MA $2,000.00 and Doctorate $4,500.00, Comprehensive Benefits Package
